I got myself some Lithe Audio speakers, and let me tell ya, the quality is top-notch for the price. There was a small issue with delivery, but Keiran handled it swiftly and politely when I brought it up. I’d definitely recommend them and will be back for more.

I did some digging into Bluetooth systems with ceiling speakers for an extension I'm working on, and I decided to go with the Systemline E50 that comes with four speakers. Audio Volt had the best price around. I placed my order, and it was shipped out in no time. When I got the system, I found out that the white control panel I picked didn’t have a jack input on the front; only the black one does. I reached out to the folks at Audio Volt to see if I could swap it for the black model, and they were super helpful, even recommending a courier service that wouldn’t break the bank. Their communication was top-notch, and they made the exchange for the black version happen smoothly. Really great service! My only gripe is that it wasn’t clear when I bought the white version that the front input jack is exclusive to the black one. But honestly, I checked out a bunch of other sellers, and it wasn’t obvious on their sites either.

Customer support is really lacking. They charged me for my order, then claimed the price was wrong and chose to cancel the deal. I'm quite disappointed; the website feels very unprofessional. Stay away!
